Each of our felling and chopping stations includes a resistance training tower, which serves as an integral component of our operations. Through the incorporation of a carefully selected routine, our resistance training program aims to effectively warm up the muscles necessary for engaging in laterall fell and overhead chop techniques. By utilising this equipment, individuals can engage in targeted exercises that gradually prepare their bodies for the task at hand.
