What are your opening times?

Monday – Friday: 6AM – 10PM | Saturday – Sunday: 8AM – 8PM

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?

Gloves, goggles and boots can be provided although we do recommend you that bring your own. To see the safety wear in full detail, please view here

Where can I park?

We offer free car parking at the rear of our building. Parking to the front is limited.

Do you have changing rooms?

We have toilets with plenty of space to allow you to get changed.

Do you have showers?

No, unfortunately we don’t have showers at our venue. 

Is it safe?

It is perfectly safe. We have station safety screens and exclusion zones. We also provide safety wear should you not arrive with any.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, you must be 16+ years to take part in Axercise.

Are there drinks for sale?

We offer a range of hot and cold drinks which including sports drinks.

How many participants can you cater for in one session?

We can cater for up to 16 people in a session.

Can I bring my own axe?

Use of your own axes is permitted once we have approved it for use. 

How long is a session?

Our sessions last for 45 minutes which are split into 3 equal disciplines. The axe throw, the lateral fell, and the overhead chop.

Do you provide the axes?

Yes, we provide the axes. All of which are maintained to a high standard. 

Can we take photos and videos?

Yes of course, it’s all part of the experience.

Do you play music?

Yes, we are fully licensed to play music. 

Should I book online?

All sessions are to be booked online via our dedicated system. This ensures we can manage availability accurately. 

How do I check what times are available?

Simply proceed through the booking stages to see the times available. 

Can we cancel and get a refund/reschedule a booking?

Yes, you can reschedule a booking at any time. Simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you. In terms of refunds for PAYGo bookings, provided we are notified within 48 hours of your booking we are happy to grant a full refund.

Where are you located?

Unit D, Green Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1RD. From Green Street you can access us via the entrance to TimberJacks. From the rear carpark our entrance is right next to that of TimberJacks.

Do you have toilets?

Yes, we have toilets that are wheelchair accessible too.

Where do your source your wood?

All of our timber is sourced locally from a mid-wales privately owned 1000-acre estate which is FSC certified. We select low-grade timber that cannot be used in construction but is destined for biomass burning.
