Axercise is available to everyone over the age of 16 years who want to enhance and expand their physical fitness regime and mental wellbeing. Our system has been specifically designed to complement your current fitness activities, offering a variety of plans aimed at facilitating your high intensity training.

Additionally, our resident fully qualified personal trainer - Matt McClure - is readily available for consultations regarding both your physical and nutritional plans if needed.

SESSION PRICES

There are 2 pricing structures available for your convenience when starting your Axercise journey. The first is a 'Pay as You Go' approach, which offers a straightforward and uncomplicated payment method. With this option, you can keep it simple by paying for each session individually. However, if you prefer a more cost-effective solution, we also offer a range of session bundles that include different levels of discounts.

BOOT CAMPS

Our axe swinging and nutritional plan boot camps have a duration of 6 weeks, providing participants with three distinct options: fat burning, maintaining, or muscle gaining.

Our programmes are designed to cater to different fitness goals and preferences. The first option focuses on shedding excess body fat through targeted exercises and a calorie-controlled diet. Participants in this programme can expect intensive cardio workouts paired with nutrition guidance that emphasises fat loss.

For individuals who desire to uphold their present physique, we provide customised training sessions that are designed to sustain overall fitness levels and foster enduring healthy habits. Moreover, those interested in augmenting muscle mass can derive advantages from our specialised programme focused on muscle gaining. This unique regimen integrates vigorous routines of high intensity alongside personalised nutritional plans crafted by our resident personal trainer, Matt McClure.
